…what should I be encouraged by from the series w/ the Celtics??

I'm thinking that Ben Gordon will go somewhere else for more money (he's an unrestricted Free Agent) and I think that they will trade away Kirk Hinrich b/c he is getting paid to much to be a backup PG to Derrick Rose. They could keep Hinrich as the starting 2 guard, but then you have the issue of both Salmons and Deng at the same position.

Hinrich is Chicago's best on the ball defender and Gordon the best scorer, so if we lose them both it's a big step backwards. So why am I encouraged that we took Boston to game 7??

Starbury wants more money and a bigger role I hear? So he's not likely to return.

Will they bump Gabe Pruitt up? I think he sucks & Eddie House can't go back to back up PG because he's much more effective as a 2 guard.

Will Boston look for a back up PG? If so who?

Or will Starbury change his mind and stay for at least another year? Since we picked up Wallace & might land Grant Hill.

He has added some stupid stuff to the game, and i think is alowing to much stuff to get reviwed.
But the worste is all the refs betting on the games are during his time.

We all remember the NBA finals of 2006, cavaliers vs. Spurs, when a ref was betting on the series, and got caught a week later? Ya the spurs swept the series. They may have suspended that ref from the nba, but idk its just hard to not assume the refs are calling a fair game.

Also Stern has said that he bets on games, but remember hes not a ref, so watever other law has no problem with it i guess. But during playoffs their are some really questionable calls. Stern is betting on games, and probably has his refs ref it a little in his favor. "a lot" And stern has admitted his favorite team is the Boston celtics?I think he tries to have certain teams in the finals for tv ratings, and money. Do to the nba's popularity going down a little bit in the past few years. But does stern have to make it so odvious? And so unfun to watch?

Say like if one guy got into a very bad accident and it was his fault…Could his insurance company jack up the rates of everyone associated with that specific company in order to pay back the money? In return everyone's rates would go up even if you did nothing to make them go up?
